- It is the buyers responsibility to ensure suitability of all products prior to purchase, please contact us if you have any questions
- Elitepros have checked and confirmed the listed models for ECP1 fitment. However variation in sheet metal hole positions exist from factory and in some cases it will be necessary for the buyer to drill their strut tower holes out to allow easy fitment. If you have any questions please contact us

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:

-Payment methods accepted are PayPal or COD. COD only available on pick up.

-Pick up is available in South Eastern Suburbs, Victoria by appointment only. Please email us if you wish to pickup an item and a contact number will be emailed to you to arrange a suitable pick-up time.

-Shipping is available via “Couriers Please” for EDS1 items, and Australia Post for ECP1 items.

-Items will not be shipped outside of Australia

-Item/s will be shipped as soon as payment is received/cleared. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the courier, excluding weekends, holidays and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak hours.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

-In the unlikely event that the item does not correspond with the description, or is damaged/defective on arrival and is not the result of transit/handelling damage, we are happy to replace the entire product or damaged/defective sections or offer you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a issue with your purchase.

-Please note that for delivered items transport is arranged on your behalf via “Couriers Please” and the condition of all items are checked prior to delivery. Damage due to miss-handeled items in transit is not the responsibiliity of the seller.

-If a return or exchange is required, please contact us immediately & we will provide you with return details. We do not accept returns that have not previously been arranged.

-The buyer must return the item as soon as possible. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. In most cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
