Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
The Great Fall Furnace Giveaway (“Giveaway”) consists of two separate contests sponsored by ELITE Home Trade Pros (“Sponsor”):
- Social Media Giveaway
- Current Customer Giveaways
A total of three (3) new American Standard furnaces will be awarded. Each contest has its own eligibility requirements, entry period and drawing. Entrants may participate in both contests if they meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY
1. Promotion Period
The Social Media Giveaway begins September 14, 2026 and ends October 18, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
2. Eligibility
The Social Media Giveaway is open to individuals who:
- Are 18 years of age or older;
- Reside within the ELITE Home Trade Pros service area;
- Meet all other requirements contained in these Official Rules; and
- Are not employees of ELITE Home Trade Pros, its owners, affiliates, or members of their immediate household.
Current and former ELITE Home Trade Pros, Elite Electric, and Schempp HVAC customers may participate in the Social Media Giveaway, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the following during the Promotion Period:
- Follow ELITE Home Trade Pros on Facebook or Instagram;
- Share the Giveaway post to their Facebook or Instagram story or feed;
- Complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form; and
- Comment on the Giveaway post indicating that they have completed the required entry steps.
One entry per person.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, service appointment, tune-up, Comfort Club membership, or other transaction is required to enter or win.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
The winner will be selected after the Promotion Period and will be notified no later than October 20, 2026 using the contact information provided on the entry form.
The selected winner must respond to the notification and formally accept the prize within 48 hours of notification.
If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
5. Prize
The winner will receive one (1) qualifying American Standard furnace, including standard installation and a two-year labor warranty, subject to the installation requirements and limitations described in these Official Rules.
The specific furnace provided will be determined by Sponsor based on the winner’s existing system, home conditions, applicable codes and requirements, equipment availability, and Sponsor’s standard installation practices.
The prize is limited to a qualifying furnace and standard installation. Optional upgrades or work outside the scope of a standard installation are not included.
6. Installation
Due to the time-sensitive nature of the Giveaway and Sponsor’s required year-end installation and distributor deadlines, the winner must be reasonably available to schedule the installation within Sponsor’s available installation schedule.
Sponsor will provide the winner with four available installation date/time options.
The winner must select and accept one of the four installation options offered by ELITE Home Trade Pros. Installation dates are subject to change based on scheduling needs, service availability, weather, unforeseen circumstances, and other operational considerations. ELITE Home Trade Pros will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes and to complete the installation within the required timeframe.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept any of the four available installation options, Sponsor may determine that the winner is unable to fulfill the installation requirements of the prize and may select an alternate winner.
All installations must be completed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor and no later than Friday, November 20, 2026, subject to Sponsor’s work availability, equipment availability, applicable codes, permitting and other reasonable installation requirements.
CURRENT CUSTOMER GIVEAWAYS
7. Promotion Periods
The Invited Current Customer Giveaways consist of two separate drawings:
First Drawing:
Entry period: September 9, 2026 through September 30, 2026
Drawing date: October 1, 2026
Second Drawing:
Entry period: October 1, 2026 through October 28, 2026
Drawing date: October 29, 2026
One (1) winner will be selected for each drawing, for a total of two (2) winners.
8. Eligibility
Individuals may participate in both contests if they meet the applicable eligibility requirements for each contest.
The Current Customer Giveaways are open only to individuals who are included in ELITE Home Trade Pros’ eligible customer database and who receive an invitation to participate in the Giveaway.
Eligibility will be verified against ELITE Home Trade Pros’ customer records. Sponsor’s records will determine whether an entrant qualifies as an eligible customer. Simply having previously purchased products or services from ELITE Home Trade Pros, Elite Electric, Schempp HVAC, or another related business does not independently establish eligibility if the individual is not included in Sponsor’s eligible customer database.
Eligible entrants must also:
- Be 18 years of age or older;
- Reside within the ELITE Home Trade Pros service area;
- Be subscribed to ELITE Home Trade Pros email communications;
- Be opted in to receive ELITE Home Trade Pros SMS/text communications;
- Meet all other requirements contained in these Official Rules; and
- Not be an employee of ELITE Home Trade Pros, its owners, affiliates, or a member of their immediate household.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
9. How to Enter
Eligible invited customers may enter by completing and submitting the official Current Customer Giveaway entry form during the applicable promotion period.
Entrants must be properly subscribed to ELITE Home Trade Pros email and SMS/text communications at the time of entry.
One entry per person per promotion period.
An eligible entrant who enters the September drawing may enter the October drawing as well.
No purchase, service appointment, tune-up, Comfort Club membership, or other transaction is required to enter or win.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
10. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing for each promotion period from all eligible entries received during that period.
Each selected winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.
The selected winner must respond to the notification and formally accept the prize within 48 hours of notification.
If a selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot satisfy the requirements of these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
A participant may win only one furnace through the Current Customer Giveaways.
11. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) qualifying American Standard furnace, including standard installation and a two-year labor warranty, subject to the installation requirements and limitations described in these Official Rules.
The winner’s existing furnace must be at least 10 years old at the time of eligibility verification in order to receive the furnace installation at the winner’s residence.
If the winner’s existing furnace is less than 10 years old, the winner may transfer the prize to another eligible residence or individual, subject to Sponsor’s approval and verification that the receiving property and recipient meet all applicable eligibility and installation requirements. The original winner remains responsible for coordinating the transfer with Sponsor.
The specific furnace provided will be determined by Sponsor based on the existing system at the approved installation location, home conditions, applicable codes and requirements, equipment availability, and Sponsor’s standard installation practices.
The prize is limited to a qualifying furnace and standard installation. Optional upgrades or work outside the scope of a standard installation are not included.
12. Installation

Installation dates are subject to change based on scheduling needs, service availability, weather, unforeseen circumstances, and other operational considerations. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept any of the four available installation options, Sponsor may determine that the winner is unable to fulfill the installation requirements of the prize and may select an alternate winner.
All installations must be completed within the timeframe specified by Sponsor and no later than [Drawing 1: October 30, 2026, Drawing 2: November 25, 2026 ], subject to Sponsor’s work availability, equipment availability, applicable codes, permitting and other reasonable installation requirements.
REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO ALL GIVEAWAY WINNERS
13. Service Area
Eligible entrants must reside within ELITE Home Trade Pros’ current service area.
The Sponsor’s service area is generally defined as locations within approximately 30 minutes of Central Sioux Falls, subject to Sponsor’s current service-area boundaries.

Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether a particular address falls within its eligible service area.
14. Standard Installation and Additional Work
The prize includes standard installation as determined by ELITE Home Trade Pros.
Installation is subject to evaluation of the existing system, the installation location, applicable building and mechanical codes, permitting requirements, equipment availability, and Sponsor’s normal installation practices.
Additional labor, materials, modifications, repairs, remediation, permits, electrical work, venting modifications, structural modifications, code-required work, or other expenses that are outside the scope of a standard like-for-like installation are not included in the prize unless specifically agreed to in writing by Sponsor.
For example, replacement of an existing 80% furnace with a 90% furnace may require additional venting or other modifications to comply with applicable code requirements. Such additional work is not included in the standard prize.
Sponsor will determine the qualifying furnace and the scope of standard installation based on the existing system and conditions at the property.
If a winner requests an upgrade or additional work beyond the standard prize, Sponsor may allow the winner to pay the additional cost, subject to Sponsor’s approval, equipment availability, applicable codes and other requirements.
15. Property and Installation Requirements
The winner must be the homeowner or have the legal authority and property-owner permission necessary for Sponsor to perform the installation.
The winner must provide reasonable access to the property and installation area at the scheduled time.
Sponsor is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed conditions, existing defects, code violations, or other conditions unrelated to the standard installation, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes, fees and other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner may be required to provide information necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control require a substitution.
17. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless ELITE Home Trade Pros and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives and advertising/promotional partners from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, installation, possession or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law or caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, interrupted internet or telecommunications services, unauthorized intervention, or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that may interfere with the Giveaway.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Compliance With Laws and Codes
All installations are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes, permits and city ordinances.
Sponsor may decline or modify an installation when necessary to comply with applicable legal or code requirements.
19. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, general location, and/or statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
20. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Participants understand that they are providing their information to ELITE Home Trade Pros and not to Facebook or Instagram.
21. Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unforeseen circumstances, or other events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor also reserves the right to modify, extend, or adjust any Giveaway promotion period, drawing date, installation date, or other Giveaway timing when reasonably necessary due to scheduling, operational needs, weather, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated through the Giveaway’s promotional channels when applicable.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.
22. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws, including the laws of the State of South Dakota.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved in accordance with applicable South Dakota law and in the appropriate courts located in South Dakota.
23. Official Rules
These Official Rules govern both the Social Media Giveaway and Current Customer Giveaways. In the event of a conflict between promotional materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
